Rives Consult Appoints Michael Lamberson as Vice President of Commercialization

With over 30 years of global commercial and operational experience in the medical technology, consumer, and digital health sectors, Lamberson will play a critical role in advancing Rives Consult’s mission to drive market success for innovative healthcare technologies.


Lamberson is a seasoned executive with a proven track record of creating, launching, and scaling brands, products, and services across multiple healthcare verticals, including metabolic disease, women’s health, diabetes, supplements, aesthetics, ENT, orthodontics, and dermatology. Most recently, as Founder of LAUNCHSMITH, a pre and post-launch commercial accelerator, he spearheaded strategic go-to-market initiatives that led to significant growth and successful acquisitions in the healthcare technology space. His leadership in commercialization has been instrumental in driving revenue growth and market adoption for numerous medical innovations.


Previously, Lamberson held key executive roles at leading healthcare and technology companies, including Johnson & Johnson, IQVIA, and several successful start-ups. Throughout his career, he has been responsible for leading global marketing efforts, sales enablement strategies, and operational excellence that have reshaped market landscapes and driven substantial business growth.
