Founder & President
With over 25 years of experience in the medical device industry, Rives provides executive management, fractional CEO, and clinical affairs consulting services to small and startup life science companies. We will help you navigate regulatory pathways, raise capital, and strategically grow your business in the U.S. market.
Jane Shen
EVP, Clinical Affairs
Dr. Shen brings over two decades of experience in healthcare innovation, clinical trials, and strategic leadership. Her leadership roles include: Founder and President of ALTs Consulting; President and Board Member of BIORG, Inc.; and Chief Strategy Officer for Wake Forest Institute for Regenerative Medicine. Her extensive experience in CRO management brings an added value to Rives Consult clients.
Nazanin Yacobi (Naz)
Director, Regulatory Affairs
Naz has worked across multiple sectors of the medical device industry, including IVD and regenerative medicine. Naz brings deep expertise in regulatory compliance and quality systems management, with extensive experience supporting early-stage medical device and health-tech companies.
